洗选厂大型设备远程监测系统设计

Design of Remote Monitoring System for Large Equipments of Coal Mine Washery

摘要: 针对山西成庄矿要实现洗选厂大型设备远程监测的要求,设计了一套采用无线和有线通讯方式混联的远程监测系统,以LabVIEW为开发平台设计了上位机软件。通过现场应用表明所设计的系统稳定可靠,实现了洗选厂大型设备的远程监测,减少了技术人员劳动强度,提高了煤矿数字信息化管理和自动化水平。

Abstract: Aiming at achieving the requirement of remote monitoring system of coal mine washery large equipments in ShanXi, a set of system is designed by using wireless and wired communication, besides, the upper computer software is designed based on LabVIEW. The field application has shown that the designed system is stable and reliable, which achieves the remote monitoring system reducing the labor intensity, and it has improved the information management and automation level in coal mine.
